Penny had previously had a bad reaction to anesthia, but needed to have teeth extracted. The vets thouroughly reviewed over 20 pages of records and made a plan for how to safely put her under anesthesia. After the surgery I recieved multiple follow up calls telling me about Penny's progress & recovery. When I went to pick her up, Sam the technician, spent time explaining what to expect after surgery and how to best help Penny in future situations that require vet care. They took their time and did a fantastic job! I appreciate all of their hard work!
