Glory is a rescue breeder from a Collie puppy mill in Taiwan. Her rear legs had atrophied from being in a cage all her life. I adopted her 21/2 yrs. ago from NorCal Collie Rescue. She is a very small (36 lbs) Sable Collie and hard of hearing. My neighbor accidentally ran over her in her Suburban. We didn't know the extent of damages until I got her to "Cat". Miraculously no broken bones lots of torn flesh wounds, her body was one big bruise. she was swaddled from head to toes, couldn't move. I had to get water down her with an old turkey baster. The only way she would take medicine was wrapped up in liverwurst (good tip). Catherine, "Cat", got her through all this with her knowledge, love and patience. She (Glory) was immobile for two months. Glory is now walking minimally but she's definitely a survivor. She proved that by surviving her life before she came to me. Physical therapy is probably in the future but one day at a time. She lost a lot of weight but appetite has returned with a vengance! Glory is a very special little lady, loving, so gentle, so trusting and with Cat's expertise as our Vet I intend to have Glory around for the rest of her natural life!

She's a careful and conscientious clinician and is up-to-date with everything I want to know about my dog whether it's behavioral or physical ailments. She even performs accupuncture! But first and foremost, she is caring, empathic, trustworthy and patient - and that's just with us, the dog's family! I feel very secure having her as our pet's vet and so does our dog Scout!
