I am reviewing the entire office. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All of the doctors in the office are wonderful. They get me in right away if there’s an emergency, they take their time and explain everything. They are kind and loving to my pets. I couldn’t be happier with the clinic.

Dr. Mortimer is an incredible Veterinarian, and I don't say that easily. I came to him after leaving a Vet. after 17 years. Leaving was very hard, but my animals were not getting the care they used to. I had heard great things about Dr. Mortimer and decided to go for it. As soon as I walked into his office I knew I had made the right decision. I had brought in all three of my pets (now sadly two) for check-ups and vaccinations and to explain each ones history. The time he took, the sincere interest he gave and the care of which he took with each of my beloved pets was intense and amazingly comforting. He was through in his exams and put each of my pets at ease. When my eldest cat came down quickly with something, he took special care. My Captain, my cat, probably had cancer. We tried some things to rule out other causes of his weight drop and yowling, but after only two weeks, I found by beloved cat in my closet at about 12:30 a.m. I was panicked and crushed and lord did I cry. I had never had a pet die at home, always in my arms being put to sleep. I called Dr. Mortimer's office in the middle of the night and told them I was coming as soon as they were open. When I arrived he was waiting and greived with me. His support was the kindest I'd gotten.
