I've been taking Hank here for year and a half. I've had my best experiences here overall compared to all the other vets I've used over the last 22 years. Extremely polite and welcoming. Hank is always happy coming and going and the doctors I've seen have taken their time to answer all my questions without using any pressure on my decisions. I haven't had a bill break the bank yet either. However I do wish they would work with me on letting my PetsBest insurance reimburse them direct. It only takes a a one page form and vet signature to authorize and it would make things a lot easier. Other than that, I've been very pleased.
