very trusting and love calie. not very expensive. if you need they will work with u on payment arrangements. And they will still see ur fur babys. They just want to make sure ur fur babys are ok, thats honestly all they care about. my puppy today got 4-5 shots. I only paid 167.62 thats also with heart worm meds and flea and tick prevention. Not to bad. I love them been going to them for years
