BVC treats each and every patient as if they were their own. They’re kind, caring, empathetic, and compassionate. The team strives to perform at 110% every single day. They try to accommodate as many emergencies/urgent cares that they can within our big community who has few veterinary clinics. The doctors are all very honest and upfront, and they’re understanding about finances. They’re not pushy with diagnostics, if you can’t afford them we will find a different route. There’s always an alternative. It’s very clear that BVC cares so much about their patients!

My dog has a skin condition and also happens to be very leery of people she doesn't know. Her first appointment with a vet did not go well and I was worried about her reaction at Brewer. However, the vet was exceptional! She had a couple techniques to make my dog feel calm, including sitting on the floor! I was blown away by the service by the vet and the rest of the staff. I now ONLY go to Brewer for my pet needs and I recommend them to anyone I know who has pets.
