I brought my 9 year old dog to them Saturday. They ran blood tests, xrays, kept him over night. They called Sunday morning saying they had a special x-ray company read them and the doctor suggested he go to Annapolis for additional tests they couldn’t preform. The doctor said he was a little depressed and she was concerned with a little spot she saw and that he had some pneumonia (which the reported stated they knew but also states they did not start treatment of it). We rushed to go get him! They brought him out with stuff running out of his nose and handed us a bag with the reports, x-rays and an IV drip bag with all the hoses on it. We drove away and my baby boy died in my arms 30 minutes later. When I called them back hysterically asking why he could have died if he was so sick, the women who answered said “well you didn’t bring us a healthy dog”. I demanded to speak to the doctor and she said “Well she’s busy, and my managers not here”. She put me in hold then so I hung up! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!
