Started with Balance Veterinarian in January of 2022 and will say Dr. Albano is very good and happy to be his client in caring for pets.
In 3 months, I spent over $3k, which I have no issues with, but when I asked for a small break on a phone consultation charge (to go over ultrasound & blood work) of $82.00, I was told two business days later (yesterday), that they will no longer care for my cat who has heart disease, pancreatitis, and kidney disease stage 2.
Because I asked and voiced my concerns to both Dr. Albano and staff, this is not a good reason to let a client go. And it was not Dr. Albano who called to tell me, rather administrator Gloria.
I feel this is unprofessional and boils down to money (greed), which is why our country is in the position it is in.
It's heartbreaking that the animal has to suffer, because HOLISTIC doctors are AWARE that's not about the financial aspect, rather healing.
Receiving this phone call yesterday afternoon from Gloria after receiving news I'm diagnosed with stomach cancer in the morning, I asked her to please not let me go as a client as I'm in no position to start over financially or have the energy to research for a new holistic veterinarian, yet she was very quick in her demeanor to say no.
As a Reiki master, I will pray for all of them in hopes to do the right thing. Many blessings and loving light.
