I have been impressed with Dr. Dvorkin’s professionalism, and exceptional personal approach during my first visit. She patiently provided me with the information, and suggestions I needed to know to choose my dog’s treatment. I felt very important to her while discussing the procedure. But most of all, I got her phone call at 7 pm during which she explained to me the results of the blood test that had been done on my dog. I felt like I am talking to the friend of the family and not to the doctor who is on the phone on Friday night. I already recommended Dr. Dvorkin to my neighbor.

My vet is simply the best because he’s very knowledgeable about everything to do with pets, he’s very warm and kind, he is thorough, no matter what you bring your pet in for, he will take care to make sure that when you leave, you will feel confident that Dr. Zumpano will do everything he can to get your pet back to tip top shape. He’ll call you and check to make sure everything is going well. If your pet is very sick he will find a way to get you in!! I’ve been in the pet care business for 20 years and I send all my clients to Dr. Zumpano. If they go to him once they go forever.

Dr. Zampano gives the same care to your pets as your pediatrician does to your kids-he spends lots of time explaining things, calls to follow up on visits, and is readily available by phone or in the office. He does tons of pro bono work for Pet Rescue of MD-the fee to adopt a rescue puppy from that group includes all of the puppy shots and neutering/spaying by Dr. Zampano at no additional expense. He has a rescue dog himself, who is always in the office and who my dog loves to lay with. Dogs who have had exams in the past year can get their vaccines, fecal tests, heartworm tests, etc., at a weekly Wellness Clinic, where there are no office visit or exam charges, so it saves clients a lot of money. The office is small and personal, and my dog actually likes going there. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, which helps reduce the stress on the dog. I have used three other vets over the years, and Dr. Zampano is the best!
