I nominate my veterinarian as best vet in Pasadena. DR Hepner treats her patients like they are her own, I feel she makes a personal bond with each pet she sees. Not only are the visits to the clinic great but the after care is extremely well done. She takes time to get to know each pet and help to comfort and remove any stress the pets may experience during the visit. I hear from other pet owners on social media where pets are afraid to go to the vet, but that’s not the case here, DR Hepner makes each visit feel like visiting a family member and my dogs love going to go see her. She also makes the extra effort to personally call to check up on both Bella and Lurch within three days of their visit, if she is unable to contact me herself she has a staff member call on her behalf. DR Hepner is also very knowledgeable on specific breeds and their needs, both my dogs are English Bulldogs and have specific requirements and I fully trust their care to her. The experiences with her made it feel more like a friendly visit and the dogs were happy to see her. DR Hepner is more than just a veterinarian to Bella and Lurch, she has become their friend and I believe she is seen that way by all her patients, this makes her the best veterinarian in Pasadena.
