Dr. Tara is a very caring and compassionate person. She took my Akita's records and reports with her on vacation so that she could find out what was wrong with him and get him feeling better and give us answersome. Also she diagnosed that my Pittie needed three surgeries that her previous vet missed. She has always been available via her cell phone. She is the best

Dr.Fanous GENUINELY cares about his little or large patients whether they are a dog or cat. Importantly, he is very patient, thorough, honest and respectful towards their owners as well. Never once have I walked out feeling taken advantage of. He has a very professional establishment, employees are knowledgeable. The waiting area and exam rooms are kept very clean. Dr.Fanous and his establishment are a fantastic example of what veterinary care should feel and look like from the clients perspective. I have had my cat for about 12years and have seen many veterinarians throughout her lifetime and I could say I would confidently recommend anyone and their animal to Back Bay Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Keese has always gone above and beyond. He will always tell you what he would do if it were his pet. I brought in a young injured Jack Russell rescue that had been left in the street to die. The dog had a broken leg that needed surgery. The surgery was a success but the dogs breathing and heart stopped. Dr. Keese never stopped to think that this was just someones "throw away". He immediately gave the dog mouth to mouth and got his heart beating again. That little dog is now my daughters happy ten year old pet. He takes the same care with every pet. He deserves to be acknowledged! I trust his judgement completely. He goesn out of his way to be kind and gentle with the animals and always follows up.
