Dr. Sullivan and her assistant Shelly were very patient, warm, and thorough in their explanations and their visit with us. My pup is a nervous nellie, and a barker, she was shaking from nervousness at having new people in the house. Dr. Sullivan and Shelly were so gentle and calm and reassuring. They explained things well and gave me some tips on handling the nervousness as well as reviewing her diet and making sure she is getting what she needs in exercise and activity. Overall, they were so reassuring and efficient. They helped us over a huge hurdle!
