Poor quality of care for the animals. On Saturday (4/30/22), I had an annual wellness exam with vaccinations scheduled with our cat. I was disappointed because the exam was less than 5 minutes which included Dr. Rusty Maher giving vaccinations and only examining my cat’s paw because I asked. He NEVER performed an exam, but wanted to charge me $70 for it. Shame on him. My cat did not even get weighed until I asked for flea medication. This was the second occurrence at this clinic. The first included receiving expired antibiotics for a bottle fed kitten. The manufacturer label was covered up by the clinic label. I always wondered why this clinic held onto COVID restrictions for so long and not allow owners to go inside. Needless to say, our family will be taking our business elsewhere and reporting Dr. Maher to the board of veterinarians to hold him accountable for not upholding to the standards of care.
