Dr. Bension looks at the whole picture when treating my dog. That is difficult for a lot of doctors. He has seen my dog in emergency and routine situations. He is always ready to answer my questions and clearly explains things. Not only does he give out his cell phone number for emergencies, but he responds to the calls. His wife works with him and I find both to be very caring.

I woke up with my dog urinating blood. My regular vet was closed and other places wouldn't consider working her in. This office worked her in. The doctor explained what he needed to do and what he was looking for. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. They were kind to my pup and me.
