Communication: she emails and checks in on how Cosmo is doing. She genuinely cares about him and wants to see him live his best life. When they had urinary issues, she sat down and went over the test results and made recommendations for what we can do at home to help him. When she is faced with a challenging patient she will consult with colleagues at other practices to get their opinions. She manages a wonderful office team as well.
