I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Katie Smith and the entire team at PetVet365 Florence. They're incredibly compassionate and supportive, especially as we navigated some health complications with our dog. The facility itself is fantastic - clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, with separate rooms for dogs and cats, each filled with treats, toys, and even cat climbing trees. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of every pet and pet owner who walks through their doors. Highly recommend!
