For Covid, you park and call to let them know you've arrived, they come to your car do intake paperwork and discuss what you need, after everything is approved, they take your pet inside and return them when finished. We didn't leave our car at all. Nurse was polite and informative, had all the answers we needed. Very happy with our visit.
