There's something to be said when ship runs smoothly. The captain, or the the vet is only as good as her staff. My vet and her staff run like well oiled machine. Always communicating back forth on a timely basis. My vet is very confident in herself and her staff and it shows in the care my pets are given. I am disabled and can't go to the vet with pets every time the go. I do a lot over the phone and my assistant takes them in for me. YES, this Julie Mears and her staff deserve this award. Thank You
