Dr. McDonald is the ideal vet and White Oaks is the perfect clinic. From outstanding reception (Tami) to vet techs and Dr. M, our GSD/Bailey receives excellent and personal care. Recently, she injured her left rear knee, and we felt relieved to know that examination and X-rays showed a partial, not complete tear of her ACL. We are confident in the three week rehab plan to pause on surgery while remaining on limited on-leash walks with glucosamine and Galliprant medication to assist in healing. You will be very happy to chose White Oaks for your pets. Saw many cat owners too and they all looked very pleased. A very kind touch, they place two candles on the front desk with a sign saying "One of our dear pets are leaving today, Quiet voices for our families as they say goodbye". A tear and heartfelt goodbye to their journey over Rainbow Bridge.
