Absolutely worst experience ever, and I have experience in the field. Clinic is filthy—walls, floors, etc. The smell was unbearable. The vet, Dr. Claus walked into the room without saying hello or introducing herself, was rude and totally unprofessional. I mentioned a dose change with my cat’s meds and she went into a rage. Told me “she’s done if I’m going to act like a doctor,” while she read the wrong lab results. She plopped my cat down on the table cat on the table, not in his carrier, told me to leave, and slammed the door. I was astounded. When I asked the front desk person to please write down the vet's name for me, she told me she was too busy and walked away. I would never recommend Dr. Claus or this clinic to anyone. The filth alone is a reason to go elsewhere.
