He made my 19 week old puppy fill very comfortable and was extremely friendly, and through. He also called with results the next day.

When we had to put our 12 year old Australian Shepherd down due to back issues Dr Good was wonderful about giving us all the options before we decided to terminate and put Winnie out of her pain. When it came time to do the procedure, she gave us all the time we wanted in privacy to spend time saying good bye. She also was very considerate and understanding of our saddness and allowed us to stay with Winnie while the procedure was done. She even contacted us later to make sure that we were able to take Winnie to have her cremated without issue. Now that we have a new Aussie Puppy we decided to go back to Dr Good, even though we no longer are living in the Rockford area. She was so wonderful in caring for our first Aussie over the years that we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. No one could ask for a more caring person or staff. Dr Good has always taken whatever time we need to discuss our concerns and options for treatment so we are aware upfront what to expect. Looking forward to another 12 years with our new Aussie and her guideance and care.
