It was a very busy Monday at North Shore Family Pet and accepting my phone call for my sick dog was so appreciative. I do not bring in Kaiser very often but the fact Dr. Rebecca Berkowitz saw him within an hour from my phone call was over and above. His cough and respiratory infection was treated immediately and I felt like family. A follow-up call was received and can't thank them enough.

HE ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP WITH A PERSONAL PHONE CALL AFTER A VISIT.HE REALLY LISTENS TO MY QUESTIONS AND ANY CONCERNS I MAY HAVE. I NEVER HAVE A FEELING OF BEING RUSHED THRU AS OTHER VETS HAVE MADE ME FEEL.HE TAKES THE TIME TO MAKE THE DOG FEEL COMFORTABLE AND ALWAYS AKS MY PERMISSION IN OFFERING A TREAT.HE IS VERY KIND, CARING AND HIS LOVE FOR ALL KINDS OF ANIMALS IS REFLECTED IN HIS ACTIONS.HE REALLY IS THE BEST VET EVER!!

spent thousands on my huskey no one could figure it out or help her Dr Johnson did in one visit . My shepherd had fistulas that Dr johnson cured. He is definatly the best and his staff is more than probably the greatest Ive ever met
