Dr. Philippi sat on the floor with Guinness, making sure he was comfortable with her. She showed my husband and I the proper way to give him his medicine and answered all questions we had. She helped with some minor hair trimming to keep him comfortable until he is fully vaccinated and can go to the groomer. She cares about her patients and made us feel so confident in her. Guinness loved her and left the vet a happy puppy!
