I've been going to HLAH since 2003, this office and the people there have been the most amazing, caring, helpful staff I have ever used. This clinic has been there for me when I've had to let my pups cross over to Rainbow Bridge as well as welcome new members to my family when my heart had healed and was ready to welcome new furry family members in our lives again. Dr. Randla and staff have always answered any of my questions when I have tried to be an informed pup parent and have been doing my own research on topics for the pup's health. I feel when it came to prescriptions, and I had submitted a better online comparison to them, they always honored that better cost found. I have used their grooming facility as well; Linda was just the best with my Yorkies. I never left there worried with my Trixxie, who developed seizures; Linda would let me bring her in and take her quickly from me and begin and call when she would be finished within the next half an hour or so, as not to put Trixxie in a cage that would likely cause a seizure. This office has just been 100% terrific and has had all my pets have ever needed to be healthy, looking very cute, dapper and well cared for.

They are cruel and headtless. Turned my dog away who was gushing blood just because i couldn't pay till the 1st .

I have owned several poodles over the period of 45 years.... so I have used several Collinsville vets. David is one of the best diagnostic vets that I have met. When my dog is sick, he knows whats the matter... even when other vets have misdiagnose. He has been at Horseshoe for at least twenty years. At first as an employee vet and now the owner. He's the best in my book. And, what is more, my dogs all are not afraid of him and have even liked him.

Dr. Wallace is very friendly and considerate. He tries hard to keep all the animals happy and healthy. He likes for you to come into the exam room with your pet so he can discuss the problem.. He also takes in pets when people have to give them up or have to move away. He tries hard to find good homes for these animals. He charges a fair fee and often helps those who cannot afford to get the proper shots, etc. for their pets. He's just a good old fashioned country doctor.
