Dr.Kate is very understanding of Bailey being very nervous and takes extra care with her. She always tries to comfort her. She is very thorough. she makes sure we have every question answered. She is great.

Portage Park Animal Hospital is one of the best vet's I've ever been to - they are so helpful, kind, patient, and always willing to listen and discuss concerns. My cat is pretty skittish, and hates being picked up, hates being in a crate, hates being in the car, so the vet is usually a pretty upsetting experience but they put her at ease and treat her with patience and gentle kindness. 5 stars!
