This vet is fear free certified and therefore patient and perfect for any nervous pets you may have out there that doesn't like going to their annual checkup/vet needs. You can tell they really care about their clients and are so personable and nice. They are on top of their game as well as they helped Luna with removing her MCT via Stelfonta - a newer procedure that is less invasive and worked very well for us. The first floor is for dog patients and second floor is for cats it seems like. I appreciate the separation as needed or you can just use one room for both if you have both. They use feliway on towels and diffusers to make it calming for cats and really seems to work as Lando is grumpy the whole way there and then a total lovebug once in the room with them. And then they have treats and canned food to reward Luna when she's getting her shots/bloodwork drawn. They are the best vet experience we've had and highly recommend them to everyone I know!
