Dedicated, caring, compassionate, and exhuberating a zest for life, are just few words that come to mind when talking about our vet, Dr. Bernie Bleem. With three active dogs and a 15 year old cat, we visit the vet's office often. From neutering our puppy (Dr. Bleem called himself to see how our pup was doing after the surgery), we have also called Dr. Bleem about medications after hours to care for dog bites substained by too-rough-of-puppy-play, (the animal hospital did not have two of the medications, so, Dr. Bleem drove to get them), performing emergency life saving surgery on our 13 year old cat, (and making financial arrangements to pay for the surgery), and of course, the routine checkups, that include individual plans to maximize the health for each pet. He is there to help every step of the way. He arrives at work early and is available 24/7 (he gave us his personal cell number) and also provides vet care for several humane organizations all with a smile and enthusiasm for helping both the pets and their concerned pet parents. This is a man that goes above and beyond what is expected and consistently provides excellent care and customer service.
