No matter what time of day or day of week they will work Ray or Deuce into their schedule. Everything is explained along with cost. Alternate suggestions are made if necessary. They always call later in day or next morning to check up on Ray. They also have a dog camp attached and if Ray just needs a routine vaccination I can leave him at camp and the attendants will bring him to doctor for necessary treatment and then return Ray to camp. I do not have to be there!

Dr. B has been our vet for over 30 yrs. and has treated 5 of our dogs through the years. We trust him completely with the care of our dogs. He is also a personal friend to us. He is a very special vet and friend and truly cares about all the animals he treats.

Dr Kautzer takes the time to research tests that may need to be done on my beagles. I have 2 that suffer from IBD. They are on Prednisone and Dr Kautzer is always helping me adjusting their doses to keep the diarrhea in check. She takes her time with the dogs and my dogs really like going to see Dr Kautzer. With 4 vets in the office I will wait until I can get into see Dr Kautzer she is compationate and takes the time to go over all the questions I have.

Dr. Wild is the ultimate blend of both traditional and holistic veterinary medicine. As a result, my Golden lived productively for 15 1/2 years. She has a commonsense approach to vaccinations tons of dryer so you she has a commonsense determining necessary vaccinations. I currently have two large Leonbergers. When necessary, she will meet me before clinic hours so I can bring both at one time. I never feel rushed and can always discuss concerns or brags. My dogs lead many livesboth are AKC Grand Champions as well as certified service dogs and Baylor Therspy Dogs. She realizes that even minor health issues need to be addressed quickly.

I have enjoyed having three rescue Dalmatians over the past 15 years. Dr. Bingham always goes above and beyond on the care he provides. When we have had obscure issues come up, he puts in the time needed to research and gain insights from colleagues from around the country. Case in point when Maggie at age 9 came back with a positive heartworm test even though she had been tested and was on preventive meds from the time I brought her home. Dr. Bingham ran an ultrasound himself at no charge to see the extent of the issue and consulted with several vets on the best therapy for her. All lead to a fully successful outcome. We had a similar experience with my first Dalmatian who had all clinical signs of Cushings, but tested negative twice. Dr. Bingham got Paddy's blood samples to the University of Tennessee for a study and they found he was one of a small percentage of dogs who would test false negative. Another successful outcome and Paddy got on the right regimen of drugs to manage his Cushings. There are other stories I could share about this very kind, compassionate, dedicated Veterinarian who has provided exemplary care for all of my dogs, but I am running out of words I can submit. The attached is of my pup today - I can't imagine trusting Olivia's care with anyone else.

Angel's final journey in this world was hard. Dr. G walked with us every step of the way. She even provided her personal number to reach her day or night as we decided to keep him home as long as he had quality of life. She did everything she could to help us before and after and wanted to make sure Angel had everything needed to stay comfortable. She loved him as if he was her own (as she does with all her patients). She is an angel of mercy and kindness. Her knowledge, compassion and availability went above and beyond. Angel was lucky to have her on his team. We are blessed to have her in our lives and the lives of our pets. If only human medicine was as compassionate and knowledgeable, we'd all be so much better off. Dr. G practices with her heart. She always returns calls and will do all she has to treat your pet. She's not afraid to ask specialists their opinions and help in any way she can in treatment. She is amazing! The journey was hard, but she made it as easy as possible and did absolutely everything she could to help Angel throughout his long life. Thanks, Dr. Gutierrez!

After getting our Lab spayed at Idaho Humane Society since it was less money, she developed a severe infection. I should've trusted my gut by leaving the establishment for her procedure and not being clean. Dr. Beede stepped in to prescribe a long bout of antibiotics, not charging for 3 ultrasounds. He puts an animal's health first before himself on all occasions. He is a man of his word and our community is a much better place because of Dr. Beede.

Dr. G practices medicine from her heart. It's not about the money, it's about helping. She takes strays in and cares for them until they can adopt them out. She loves her pet clients and their owners as well. She is so smart, caring, kind and will do everything she can to help a pet. She will call you, email, text, meet you at the clinic to treat your pet and never make you feel bad for calling her. She has walked with us as our 15yearold has dealt with cancer and is helping us with great advice for our new puppy. She has treated our hamster in the past and knows a lot about ever kind of pet. She is so gentle with our pets and speaks to them and loves on them. She goes able and beyond and is definitely an angel to us. I only wish human healthcare was as kind, efficient, caring and knowledgeable as she is. If she needs to refer to you a specialist, she will only send you to the best..ones she would take her own pets to. Dr. G is amazing and we are blessed to have her care for our pets and help us humans in the process! Couldn't ask for better care!

Dr Mensik not only keeps up to the minute on the latest in veterinary medicine she is also LOVES her patients and treats both the patient and their owners with care, compassion, focus and ultimate respect. Never too busy to return a call or to spend extra time to discuss concerns. Ripley knows her name and gets very excited when I tell him we are going to see Dr. Mensik. As Ripley has grown up, she has taken the time to discuss various we can do to ensure he ages "gracefully". She treats me like a partner in the decision making process. As as a result, we have good baselines so we can catch things early and quickly if changes occur. Dr Mensik is active with rescue animals opening her heart, her home to help animals who otherwise would not have an opportunity for a good life in a loving home. Donating her skills to take in orphaned dogs/cats, providing medical care then helping to get them placed in loving forever homes. She is kind and endearing but always professional. Dr. Mensik lives and breathes every word of the Veterinarian oath. I am honored to know her and blessed to have an my only family member (Ripley) be one of her patients. I could go on and on. Thank you for the opportunity to share.

He is thorough, gentle, kind, caring, and veryknowledgeable with all the pets we have brought to him. He is also very friendly and courteous to us and addresses each concern we have. We are in our 70's and have never had a better vet or one that we trusted as much. We are putting our precious pets into his hands when they are sick or hurt knowing that he will do his very best to help them. And us! Thank you Dr Bingham for being there forour pets and for us.
