Dr. Throne and every assistant she's ever had for our appointments have been so kind and gentle with our new puppy. They have been extremely accommodating with our schedule. And I would say Dr. Throne is very thorough, but also very friendly and down to earth, very reasonable and practical. We have very much enjoyed working with her, as we give our little Annie the best start possible. Many Thanks!

When I took my baby in to get fixed, they was every kind to her. I had to rescue my baby from a bad place. They was easy with her, they made her feel like she was at home w her over night stay. They was easy getting her stitches out. They even talked kindly to her while they was doing it. The staff is really nice and friendly. They treated Elsa as if they was one of their own.

I am a vet tech and worked for the same veterinarian for many years in Nampa Idaho. My puppy was about 11 months old, fully vaccinated as well as spayed. She had been healthy up until I started to gradually change her same brand food from puppy to adult. She started to have diarrhea and excessive weight loss. After taking her to work with me several times to figure out why after 25 days she still had diarrhea and lost 10 pounds. I received no help where I worked, so I decided to call Intermountain Pet Hospital as they have the best reputation in the Treasure Valley. They got us in right away and within just a few days and extensive testing Dr. Bingham had a conclusive diagnosis of Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency, which is very rare in her breed. Most commonly found in German Shepherds and she is Queensland heeler/Border Collie mix. Within a week my little dog was able to eat and absorb nutrition again. She was playing and turning back into her old self. Through this illness, I obviously quit my job because of the lack of compassion and lack of medical attention for my dog. Not only did Dr. Bingham save my dogs life, I am honored to work for him now. He is the most professional and considerate boss I have ever had, and he is an outstanding veterinarian. He treats everyone with compassionate respect and his patients are given top notch medical treatment. Even in the most stressful of situations he treats his staff with respect and much appreciation. He truly loves
