Go somewhere else! I called to get a quote on a procedure and was told at most it would be $300. It was over a month out on scheduling, which was fine. The Friday before the procedure they called to confirm and I was told it would be $412-490. I explained that I had called and gotten a quote that it would be up to $300. I was told that their prices had gone up. I asked if they had gone up since I made the appointment. They told me they would look into it and call me back.
When they called back they told me that the prices hadn’t change and that it would be $412-490. I asked to talk to the manager who said their was nothing that could be done. That is VERY poor customer service and management. I waited over a month for an appointment only to be told it would be over $100 more than I was quoted on the phone. Do yourself a favor and take your pets elsewhere. If they don’t care about their customers they don’t care about your pets.
