Dr Pam is caring, tenderhearted, and knowledgeable. Her and her team really care about every patient they see, and are willing to answer any and all questions, even seemingly silly ones. They're very flexible for scheduling, and all their services are fairly priced. Previously she cared for my elderly cat; through his illnesses, to the end of his life and after. Her and her team seemed just as heartbroken when he passed and sent us a card expressing their sympathy. This truly showed me the team at Northwest Veterinary Hospital care about what they do. She currently takes excellent care of my Doberman, and he looks forward to seeing her and her team. "Vet" and "Dr Pam" are tail wagging words in our house thanks the compassion provided by Dr. Pam and her team!
