Dr Meir really takes her time to make sure our pets are taken care as if her own. She has always been available to squeeze us in even during an emergency. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our beasties.

Dr. Meier has been our family vet for over 10 years. When I moved into my first home I adopted Jinx from a shelter, they said he was a smart, healthy, happy dog and was the staff favorite of 3 months. He hadn’t been adopted since he was considered a senior at the age of 7. Jinx went home with me that day, July 2, 2015. I took him to the vet for a check-in about a week later, he checked out just fine! About 6 weeks later, I come home to Jinx crying in pain every inch he moved. He couldn’t walk, be touched, or picked up without screaming in pain. Jinx had severe arthritis in his chest and neck, he was diagnosed with inflammatory joint disease and disk dysplasia. Dr. Meier said she didn’t think he had more then a few months to live. She didn’t even recommend a collar on him due to discomfort. I was dedicated to Jinx and after 3 years of vet visits, medications, diets and training Jinx is a completely different dog. He will be on meds the rest of his life, but Jinx can run, play, and even jump in my truck all on his own now. Dr. Meier saved my baby boy’s life and I will never be able to thank her enough. Jinx will be 10 years old next month and you would never guess he had any medical issues, thanks to Dr. Becky Meier.
