Dr. Ken & Dawn Miller saved my little Man, Ziggy. They were out of town when Ziggy started acting funny. I left a message for Ken, he called me right away. He suggested me taking Ziggy to a specialist/24 hour urgent care in Cedar Rapids. Cedar Rapids were no help. They suggested that he had a spine issue and wanted to give Ziggy steroid shots. Ziggy is a very tiny dog, 4 pounds to be exact. I knew in my heart something else was going on with him. Ken stayed in close contact with me, asking how Ziggy was doing. Ken said I could wait till he got back in town, which I did. I trust Ken & Dawn. Ziggy wasn't getting any better. A few times I thought he stop breathing on me. Ken seen Ziggy right away when he got back in town. He suggested giving Zig surgery. I told Ken please do whatever he needed to do, just please save my little man. Come to find out, Zig had fabric stuck in his intestine. That evening after surgery Ken & Dawn took Zig home with them to keep a close eye on him. Dawn sat in the chair with cuddle with Zig. They were very unsure if he would pull through the night or not. The next day Zig was doing better & was able to come home. Ken & Dawn called me over the next few days checking in on Ziggy. They are the best.
