We've had 17 dogs over the past 8 years, never any pressure for additional services, no judgement, they focus on quality of life for the pet and not making a buck. I appreciate that they admit when they don't know something and refer us to a specialist. A few of my dogs board there and they absolutely love it. My dogs are never afraid of going to the vet.
