Everytime we go to the office we feel so welcome! We feel like our concerns are not only listened to but addressed. We are not just another number to them they care about Sherman and they did the same with our prior pups too. They ask how he is doing and how things at home are going. It isn't just about the time they see him in the office they really care about him all of the time. We recommend them to everyone for all of the love and compassion they have always showed us. I also know that this may sound like just one persons opinion but I have been in the office and watched other pets come in and get the same love that we do and it warms my heart so much. The staff at Iowa Veterinary Wellness deserves more than just an award they deserve the recognition for being the amazing people that they are.
