Frey is always there when we need them. They send timely reminders for Walts routine appointments & are always straight forward on pricing. Walter is always eager to go which makes me comfortable in knowing that he is well cared for. Staff is always awesome & understanding- We love them!

My 1yr old dog had a major issue, bone deteriorating in the hip losing blood flow, we needed to get her in right away. We scheduled it, everything was all new to us. He changed something around and got her in even sooner. He has been very helpful before and after the surgery answering all questions and telling us exactly what we needed to do for a full recovery. This was very hard on me just putting down a 17yr old dog. I hate vets and I hated leaving her there over night but they took great care of her and called us before they closed and when they opened back up. Great customer service. Gizmo is making great progress and lets the vet know what she's thinking!

Dr. Natalie has been the most amazing vet I have ever worked with. She has helped me through putting two senior pets to sleep within one year, one at my home. The fact that she was willing to come to my home so my wonderful dog could be relaxed and happy up until the last moment will resonate with me for the rest of my life. That is deserving of the best vet ever! That type of caring and compassion are almost unheard of in today's world. She is funny and truly cares about animals. She also takes the time to understand the owners also. She helps me with behavior issues with my rescue dog and also the needs of my very senior cat. She is just outstanding and I recommend her to everyone I know who has pets. She is the best vet!!

He is the best vet because my dog loves going to see him, he plays with her, and isn't just about business. He always looks for the most cost effective way to take care of her, and for what is in her best interest. He also takes the time to explain things and my options. He is also just an all around nice person who cares for you as much as your pet.

A couple of years ago, we decided to take our boys on their first trip to Disneyworld. We had a 14 year old golden retriever at the time named Zeke. We had a family friend stay at the house while we were vacationing. On our first day at Disney, I noticed I had several missed calls. Once I heard the messages, I found out our dog was at the vet, and his organs were shutting down because he swallowed a rock. They wanted our permission to perform surgery to remove it. Zeke made it threw surgery, but the entire family wanted to leave Florida and fly home to be with our pet. Dr. Steen spoke with us personally every day we were in Florida to give us updates on Zeke's recovery. He kept him at the clinic for us, even when he was ready to go home, so they could continue to keep an eye on him while we were out of town. Zeke lived for a year after that surgery. When we had to put him down, Dr. Steen was so wonderful with my two boys. Dr. Steen has set up an environment in his clinic that gives families and animals the upmost dignity and respect. He even sent us a sympathy card after our loss. We now have a new puppy, and I wouldn't let anyone care for him other that Dr. Ryan Steen!
