I called right when the office opened to make an appointment for my dog to have sutures removed in her mouth, I was told I would not need an appointment and that I could come in as a walk in. I asked if my dog would need to be sedated, they advised me she would not. I went to the office and was left in the waiting room for 1.5 hours only to be brought to the back and told that I would need to make an appointment because my dog would need to be sedated. Which I specifically asked about prior to my visit. The attitude of the vet tech was basically "oh well". I posted an honest review of my experience and the owner/vet responded by slandering other vet practices, saying their wait times would be much longer and told me she didn't need a disrespectful client like me. When my senior dog was on his last leg, his specialty vet had a very hard time getting this vet to respond to their emails. Very poor customer service, very poor professional attitude towards their business practices.
