They gave me a prescription that was not filled out and could not be filled for my dogs HEART condition. .... I finally got the prescription filled and wrote no reviews anywhere, until this morning I get a call from "Dr" Kate ... informing me that me and my dog are banned there ....... . ...

Today I was seen in the office by Dr. Kate she was very unprofessional she actually knocked my 7 month old baby down as she was being playful with her . Very bad attitude I was there for my dog to be spayed but Dr Kate kept bringing up a Pryor appointment about that I had last month that I actually canceled because turns out my dog was fine . I had told several different front desk girls plus another person then Dr Kate acting like she was lost and went into another dumb founded moment about what happened all over again but not once picked up the phone to check on us . Dr Kate treated us very nasty rolling her neck and eyes after talking to us in a higher tone just appeared to got off to a bad start and took it out on us . No body wants you touching their animal after you hurt them and talking to them like they beneath you . Bad energy and a total opposite from Dr Christy . Dr Christy was the reason why I was coming back . On my first visit here Dr Kristy made us feel warm and welcomed sweet humble spirit and a total Gem . I’m used to that type of service that Dr Kristy provided anything less than that I’ll just respectfully decline as Dr Kate is one nasty attitude and fake woman every thing I said to help her get on the sane page she’d just come back with a attack and shadeful remarks like no one wants to have you to attack them verbally with nasty sly shade keep your nasty attitude off the job and your unpleasant demeanor when serving the public as you never know who you’re servicing Dr Kristy get your head out the clouds love you still have to treat your clients with respect as we write your checks and without any clients you have nothing stay humble not nasty because…. Respect has to be given in order to be received . Your lost on this client
