WAY OVERPRICED. Incredibly disappointed in our experiences with Happy Tails. We were told we had to get our dog's teeth cleaned and when asked what the TOTAL would be we were told $400. I called the morning of AFTER my husband dropped off our dog because we were then told it was actually going to be $550 because they didn't mention bloodwork and office visit fees. I was told they would waive the office visit fee of $50 and get the total closer to the $400 that we were originally quoted. When we went to pick her up we were charged $630!!!! They did not waive the office fee as mentioned and added additional charges. Super dishonest place, unable they were unwilling to provide any assistance. Make sure you get a total in writing before doing anything here because they will upcharge you WITHOUT letting you know.
