I desperately brought my dog in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving after another vet office refused to see her. She was throwing up and had stopped responding when spoken to. Upon examination, she had an obstruction that but her stomach making her go septic. These vets saved her life- over a holiday weekend. The vets and all the staff we so kind. They called me twice a day with updates. They were open, honest, and upfront about everything from the dangers she faced to the price of everything. Everyone I spoke to was so patient with me as I was definitely stressed throughout the process. I could not be more thankful for how tirelessly they worked to save my girl. She was a very difficult case, but their efforts saved her life. I dealt with 5-6 vets during the process and all were equally amazing. The front desk staff and the vet techs were awesome as well. Their patience, kindness, communication, and transparency were the best I have ever experienced.
