The staff there are great. They are caring and supportive. We ended up having to take our 15 year old cat in to help him cross the rainbow bridge. They were so kind and helpful. There was a candle lit with a sign saying to please be respectful, someone was saying goodbye to a dear friend. Afterwards they prepared him for burial and told us to worry about paying later. That was a great kindness to not have to worry about that in the moment. Today we received a sympathy card containing a paw and nose print they took of our sweet boy. I will bring my other fur baby here from now on.
