Most staff were friendly , they worked with me on payments. I didn't like the fact that all of Molly's diagnosis were not verbally explained. I had to request medical records and noticed there was more issues that needs my attention such as being overweight and also I was told she had allergies when I read the record's it showed she had Bacterial Skin Allergies and Flea droppings , this is another issue I should have been verbally informed. It also took several weeks to get my invoice I had requested for my claim. Comes to find out they had my info in the system wrong. I asked to schedule an appointment and when I called to get appointment date there wasn't any record of an appointment.
