Neither of these vets are good. After doing horrible work on Shelby and me having to take her to an emergency vet hospital, neither one of them will call me back and refuse to talk with me. I sent everything they requested, reports and pictures from the emergency hospital, and they still will not talk with me. I have asked for a refund after having to spend 3 times the amount that I gave to them just to get their debacle fixed. Over 6 weeks in and we are still having to go weekly to make sure what they did is healing right. Horrible customer service, and horrible vets!

Dr. Mathis is a caring veterinarian that truly cares for the clients’ pets health & wellness. She is a true scientist when it comes to determining your pet’s illness. On my last visit, she was kind and held my new puppy while I settled up payment.
