After seeing the same vet for 20 plus years (he retired) I was nervous to see someone new! And Dr Bell and her staff were amazing. Made me feel super comfortable and they were wonderful to Dottie Rae! Glad I found someone to pick up where Dr Bickley left off!

Dr Katz is always so gracious and kind. He is great with follow up. All of the staff are wonderful. We always have a great experience here. We are lucky to have such a great clinic in the Decatur area.

Dr. Katz and the entire staff are WONDERFUL. They are always so patient, kind, and helpful. It's nice that they do a lot of their own labs. Plus, how fun is it to tell people your vet's name is Dr. KATZ? LOL

Both Dr. Atkins and Dr. Lloyd handle our pets with expertise, thought and care. In particular, our 9 year old ragdoll cat was recently wounded and Dr. Atkins, new to the practice, did a wonderful job assessing him and speaking to us about the problem. Dr. Lloyd has always been an extraordinarily caring and intelligent vet with which to work. He is really good with cats as well as dogs... not all vets are. Our male ragdoll can be difficult but Dr. Lloyd handles Toulouse really well and has even gotten some love from the cat while in the examining room, which doesn't often happen. Dr. Katz, who owns the practice, is also a really careful and thoughtful vet. Go to this clinic if you can.. so many in our area aren't very good. These people care about animals and really try to do the right thing and explain everything as they go along. AND, you won't feel like they are charging you for things your pets don't need! They aren't cheap, but they are good and they don't up-sell you on anything. Best Decatur Vet -- by far and away better than the vet practice so many people notice in downtown Decatur. The vets at North Dekalb are real and much, much, much better than anyone else, and I tried a few vets in the area before finding North Dekalb Vet Clinic.
