The initial telephone conversation Surgipet representative was friendly, professional, and very informative explaining their first-time procedure concerning my pet Diamond. The estimated cost of the description pre-operative exam was presented and given to us in writing/The faculty and staff genuinely cared for our pet before, during, and after the operational procedures as well as words of encouragement helping us be as easy. How to care for our pet while at home, given SurgiPet number and email in case of any questions or emergencies.
Banfield staff representative referred us to SurgiPet because of their experience with they had with their pet, which was awesome, and grateful for that information.
