Dr. Roesner is truly caring and dedicated to her vocation. You understand immediately the empathy to the pet owner and the special care and consideration for her patients. She will accomodate all needs-putting the patient's care first, including home visits and hospitalization at her home if needed. The environment at the Clinic is friendly and each staff member makes an effort to truly get to know the clients and patients on a personal level.I had a very ill kitty- Miss Kitty-who had a host of of medical problems. The staff, including Dr. Roesner, all knew and loved her. It made me feel so wonderful knowing that Miss Kitty was getting the best care possible in a caring environment. When it was time to let Miss Kitty go, Dr. Roesner came to my house to eliminate any stress to my cat on her final day.She knew I was ready for a new kitty before I was. She found my new buddy, Teddy, and I am so happy with him in my life.
