Today, 3/20 I received very bad service. I thought they were great staff in the beginning but today I was proved wrong. They also charged me for additional services that were not provided and could not explain why the charges were added. They could not come up with a resolution and decided to no longer accept any future appointments for my sweet cat. I advise everyone to look at what this place is charging and make sure you are actually getting the services you are "supposedly" provided if you bring your pet here!
