Dr. Simmons is a man I trust absolutely not only with my dog's life but with my own. He is compassionate and caring. Dr. Simmons often takes the reserved approach before diving into major surgery and cost prohibitive approaches. When my golden retriever had to have reconstructive knee surgery [TPLO], par of her recovery encompassed ten fee sessions of water therapy right in his office! Through the use of a treadmill and a container incrementally filled with water, Sadie was able to begin 'swimming' three to four weeks after this invasive surgery! Dr. Simmons is very thoughtful, extremely thorough and caring, willing to go to any length to help his four legged patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Simmons for any award that would highlight his treatment consistencies and attention to details, to the quality of life of his paying 'patients' who love and adore their animals and to his caring and compassionate staff. Dr. Simmons is the only veterinarian I will trust witih my animals. He is the Very Best in every way!
