We had to make the sad decision to humanely euthanize our well loved cat after discovering he was not only suffering from kidney failure, but a herniated disc among and could no longer walk independently. She had never met us before, but her kindness, compassion and reassurance at this difficult time was sincere and made a very sad time easier to get through. She kindly and gently began the procedure while explaining what she was doing with each step. I cried of course and she maintained her composure as the professional the she is, but also with love and understanding of how we felt. She took the best care of the cat we loved for 15 years, and I am so thankful she was there for us.

Dr. Mathers spent time with our very sick cat with confusing symptoms. He has an excellent bedside manner. He answered all our questions and even called us in the middle of the night to give us an update on Clyde's condition. He called me before he left the clinic and let me know who would be taking over Clyde's care. He is thoughtful and I would definitely take my animals to him under any and all circumstances.
