Our girl Emmi had mass removal surgery today and her regular vet was out due to a hand surgery. Dr. Lopez stepped in and called me throughout the day to update me as needed and this helped settle my nerves. She went above and beyond during surgery after finding a few other things that needed to be addressed. I feel like Emmi was well cared for and Dr. Lopez thoroughly worked through the surgery and explained everything to me very well afterwards. We need more veterinarians like this that show they truly care about their patient and their families by going the extra mile to be thorough and show care & empathy.
